The Council for the Assessment of Service Levels

The tasks of the council are:

• make suggestions and reccommendations for improvement and development of the assessment tool;
• approval of changes in evaluation methodology, criteria and metrics;
• provide recommendations for communicating and introducing the assessment tool.
