Why is the survey necessary?

Data is needed to evaluate the level of local government services. In order for the website to function and display correct data, since 2019, we have asked local governments for additional data on the organization and provision of services in each area. The annual data collection is necessary for the development and contribution of local governments to be reflected in the services level of Minuomavalitsus.ee.

What does the survey include?

In the questionnaire, we ask for responses to questions based on areas, where local governments provide feedback and information on their development documents, established procedures and the organization of services. We only ask local governments for data that is not reflected in national databases or statistics. Data is collected for all areas. The results of the survey are reflected in the fulfillment of the criteria.
